1. What is your role at Maui Recovery? What does that look like day to day?As the Facilities and Operations Director at Maui Recovery, my role involves overseeing the daily operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of our facility. This includes managing the maintenance of the property, coordinating with various departments to ensure all operations run efficiently, and ensuring that the environment is safe and comfortable for our guests and staff. Day to day, I might be involved in everything from coordinating with vendors, addressing any facility-related issues that arise, and compliance with safety regulations.

Why do you love working at Maui Recovery?I love working at Maui Recovery because it’s more than just a job; it’s an opportunity to contribute to a place that genuinely helps people transform their lives. Being part of a team that is dedicated to supporting individuals on their recovery journey is incredibly rewarding. The beautiful environment of Maui also adds a unique aspect to our work, making it a special place for both clients and staff.
3. What are you most passionate about professionally? Personally?Professionally, I’m most passionate about creating and maintaining environments that are safe, supportive, and conducive to healing. I take pride in ensuring that every aspect of our facility operates at its best, allowing our clients to focus solely on their recovery.Personally, I’m passionate about physical exercise – after work you can find me lifting weights, on the Pickleball court, or hiking and exploring Maui. Or you might find me on the beach with my best friend Frankie – an Australian shepherd!
