Sex Addiction
It can be an embarrassing topic to talk about for some. You may want to avoid the issue. Although this seems like the easy route, it can end up being the hardest and most painful without help

If you’re too shy to talk about it, you’re not alone. It’s hard enough to admit an addiction in your head – forget saying it out loud! But you don’t have to be a sex addict to have at least one sex issue.
Maybe you watch pornography, interact with prostitutes, or engage in risky relationships. Perhaps you withhold sex from your partner, carry past sexual traumas, or struggle with your sexual identity. These are all “symptoms” of distressing experiences.
Addressing the issues is our top priority at Maui Recovery. We are not here to judge or make others feel uncomfortable. Those with sex addictions or traumas may feel like their unsolvable or their issues will never be fixed and can have a difficult time addressing issues. We offer a safe space for clients to express and work out those traumas
Nobody wants to have a negative experience or association with sex. It is important to address these issues when they present themselves. Sex issues have the ability to manifest into other addictions left untreated
Most issues can be resolved when confronted. The difficult part isn’t the solving, it’s the confronting. Sex issues can often pushed into the far depths of our mind and attempted to be ignored. In practice this can lead to deeper issues. Maui Recovery offers the tools you need to sort through issues and recover back to a normal and healthy sex life.
We know first hand the pain and suffering that comes from active addiction. We’re here for you
