Mili Noel is a therapist at Maui Recovery, supporting clients through both individual and group therapy, as well as experiential outings. Each day is different — sometimes they focus on psychoeducational and reflective work in group sessions, other times on mindfulness and connection to nature during outings. Mili’s goal is to help clients reconnect with themselves and find healing through awareness, authenticity, and compassion.
Mili holds a Master’s degree in Psychology and a Postgraduate Degree in Focalized Therapy and is trained in Brainspotting (Phase 1) and has also completed specialized training in Attachment Theory and Systemic Psychology. These approaches help her tailor therapy to each client’s unique needs and recovery stage.
Mili loves working at Maui Recovery because it combines her passion for mental health with a deeply caring and supportive team. Everyone here genuinely wants the best for our clients, and there’s a beautiful sense of family and collaboration among staff. They work not just from theory, but from the heart — meeting each client where they are with empathy and dedication. Mili feels truly blessed to be part of a team that values both connection and healing and to call this my professional home.
Professionally, Mili is passionate about understanding the human experience and witnessing transformation — seeing clients gain insights, heal, and grow, especially drawn to group therapy, where shared vulnerability becomes a powerful space for learning and connection.
Personally, she thrives in nature and loves spending time outdoors, especially practicing water sports. Mili nurtures her inner world by journaling and practicing Ashtanga yoga. Her family and the beauty of Maui constantly remind me of the importance of presence, gratitude, and balance — values she bring into my therapeutic work every day.
